Return & Refund Policy

At The Low Capacity Mom, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because we offer digital products, self-paced resources, memberships, and may offer physical products in the future, our return policy depends on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products & Self-Paced Courses

Due to the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales of digital products, downloadable resources, templates, guides, workbooks, printables, self-paced courses, recordings, and other digital content are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted or a download has been made.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order may include immediate access to digital content and agree that your purchase is non-refundable once access has been granted.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, contact us before completing your purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us at info@thelowcapacitymom.com, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Memberships

Memberships may be canceled at any time before your next billing date.

Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, including partial billing periods. Canceling your membership stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.

Live Workshops, Classes, or Events

For live workshops, classes, or events, any cancellation or refund terms specific to that event will be clearly stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, live workshops, classes, events, replays, and recordings are non-refundable once purchased.

Physical Products

For physical products, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

To request a return, contact info@thelowcapacitymom.com. Return instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thelowcapacitymom.com and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products
  • Downloadable files
  • Templates, guides, workbooks, printables, and other digital resources
  • Self-paced courses
  • Recordings and replays
  • Membership fees already paid
  • Live workshops, classes, or events unless otherwise stated on the sales page
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items unless required by law

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved for an eligible physical product, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.

European Union Customers

If applicable law requires a withdrawal or cancellation period for customers located in the European Union, those rights apply unless an exception under applicable law exists, including for digital content that has been supplied immediately after purchase with the customer’s consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.
