Pre-Orders

If you place a pre-order, your payment method may be charged immediately or authorized and charged at a later date, depending on the product and checkout process.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it has been delivered or before access has been granted. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or digital access has been provided, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our Refund Policy.

Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales of digital products are generally final. Memberships

Memberships renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your membership benefits will remain available through the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time unless required by law.

Live Events, Workshops, and Programs

If you purchase access to a live event, workshop, or similar offering, cancellation and refund terms will be provided on the specific sales page when applicable. If no separate terms are listed, our standard Refund Policy applies.
